Terms of Service

These terms govern the Hronaut website, downloads, commercial subscriptions, and related licensing services.

Last updated: August 24, 2026

1. Agreement and provider

These Terms are an agreement between you and Hronaut, operated by Yevhen Tienkaiev ("Hronaut", "we", "us"). By using this website, purchasing a commercial subscription, or using the related licensing service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the commercial service.

2. Software licenses

Hronaut's public source is offered under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0. That license, not these Terms, controls permitted noncommercial use. Commercial use requires a separate active paid commercial license from the start; no business evaluation license is offered.

A commercial subscription licenses one named user per purchased seat on up to three active devices per seat. Seats may not be shared. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, hosted access for third parties, and removal of notices are not permitted unless Hronaut agrees in writing. The specific commercial license presented at purchase controls if it conflicts with this summary.

3. Pricing, payment, and renewal

Current pricing is USD $10 per named user each month or USD $60 per named user each year. The annual plan is 50% off the $120 cost of twelve monthly payments. The selected quantity and billing period are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until canceled. Creem acts as Merchant of Record and handles checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes, invoices, and payment-related customer service. The final checkout total may include taxes based on customer location.

4. Delivery and activation

After successful payment, the customer receives an order confirmation and information needed to activate the commercial license. You are responsible for keeping activation information secure and for providing accurate checkout information. Contact [email protected] if delivery or activation fails.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel through the Creem Customer Portal or by contacting [email protected]. Cancel before renewal to prevent the next recurring charge. The effective date and remaining access are shown during cancellation or confirmed by support. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law.

6. Updates and support

An active commercial subscription includes generally available Hronaut updates during the subscription period. It does not include custom development, guaranteed response times beyond the support policy, or a promise that every feature will remain unchanged. Billing, licensing, cancellation, and refund questions may be sent to [email protected]; we aim to respond within three business days.

7. Acceptable use

You must comply with applicable law, third-party rights, website terms, and security boundaries. You may not use Hronaut or its licensing service to distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, evade access controls, facilitate fraud, interfere with systems, or violate privacy or intellectual-property rights. Browser automation does not grant permission to access or use third-party services.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate commercial access for material breach, fraud, payment failure, security risk, or unlawful use. Where practical, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure. Rights under the noncommercial source license are governed separately by that license.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hronaut and related services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hronaut will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss arising from third-party websites. Hronaut's aggregate liability connected with a paid subscription will not exceed the amount paid for that subscription during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms for legal, security, payment, or product changes. Material changes will be posted here and, when appropriate, communicated before they take effect. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Applicable mandatory law and consumer protections govern regardless of these Terms; otherwise disputes are handled by the competent courts at the operator's domicile.
